No + Tab to add Playbook

I can view all my active directory users on the Mobile Fusion website on server 2008 R2 but when I click on a user all I can see is their BlackBerry Device and there is now + Tab to add a device, if someone has instructions on how I can add a Playbook, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the pdf document but it doesn't say anything in there about "if you don't have a + tab to add a playbook device do this".  Is anybody else having this issue when trying to add a playbook, this should be the easiest part of this entire software install and I do not have a + tab beside my users BB Bold 9900 already existing within my BES Express.

are you trying to add from the webconsole browser on your desktop or directly from the server?

have your tried accessing the webdesktop url from your PC?  you must add to trusted sites and let it install the blackberry plugin.  Once connected you can activate device from that page.  I could not get the + sign to show up and work for the BDS page.

Im having trouble finding my url for my webconsole or the site address im using is wrong

HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /webdesktop/login. Reason:

    Not Found

did you use the default 443 port, or change during setup?

 

this is what my URLS look like

 

BlackBerry® Administration Service address:
https://servername.domain:4443/webconsole/login

BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager address:
https://servername.domain:4443/webdesktop/login

 

We changed our port fo 4443 during the install

ok so i get to the Webdesktop page for blackberry webdesktop manager and have the playbook connected and activate the pin on this site done, but that still doesnt put me on the mobile fusion site, am i going crazy here hahaha
