No Workspace Apps after installing BES 10 Client App on Android or iPhone

What are the next steps to install the workspace apps on a Android or iPhone device with bes 10 client installed? I have setup the accounts in the universal device service. The groups the devices are member of contains active sync profiles, it policy, compliance policy, workspace (with the four default apps marked) and workspace it policy. Inside the bes 10 client in the work apps section are no apps listed. If I install the apps separately form the playstore the secure workspace installation finished successfully but a icon for that app don't appear. The workspace manager app do nothing after clicking on it's icon. Do I have to setup a software configuration for the devices to install the standard apps?
