I run a blackberry server the server is up and running we are located in New Jersey it seems that after the Sandy hit land we lost blackberry service. The server is on UPS power and everything seems to be working I could do a test with the SRP, that works any help would be appreciated.

Did any of your DC or mail serve lose power?
if yes it might be best to reboot BES and look at the logs if it wont start.
Start with this.
KB02068 - How to troubleshoot SRP connectivity issues
Have you made any perimiter or software firewall changes?
Can you flush your DNS server cache?
Are all your BES services running?
DBNS can be ignored.
What are they being logged on as?
Try stopping these services in this order:
Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router
Starting the services in this Order:
Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router
Start with the MAGT log either way.
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
