Not received enterprise activation password

Hi,

 

  Ihave purchased blackberry curve 8520 2 days before. But i have not received any enterprise activation password or any mail from blackberry server.. kindly help me in getting enterprise activation password....

Are you on a BlackBerry Enterprise Account (BES)?

 

If so, you should contact your BES Administrator for the password. No one here will know it, it is set by your corporate employer which controls the BlackBerry.

 

If you are a personal user, you won't need an enterprise activation password.

   I have not yet activated blackberry enterprise account.

 

my doubts are,

 

1. In case of corporate user -  whether i have to get password from my company or from BB.

 

2. In case of personal user - how should i configure my personal email account.

 

3. Is it possible for activating both?

I have purched blackberry storm 9530 10 days before.But i have not received any enterprise activatio password or any mail fromblackberry server. kindly help me in getting enerprise activation password.

I am having the same problem i got my blackberry  and it will not let me set up my email or any email with out my enterprise avtivation password. wit out this i cannot go into emails, use my blackberry messengers or use any of my downloads. It is becoming very frustrating. Please help
