Problem with BlackBerry Account Center

Hy everyone,

 

We do have a little problem here. accidentally we created two bbac accounts for the same company. There is one account with our server and the tradeup keys. then we created a second one, for the claim tag we received for our SWS licenses. 

 

But we are not able to install the SWS key, because the account does not match the server. im not able to remove the server from one account, or remove the SWS key from the other account. we are pretty much screwed. 

 

I found the following KB

2. The Host ID may be registered with a different BlackBerry Account Center account than the Activation ID if multiple accounts have been created.

 

And this is the solution

This is by design. It is not possible to activate Licenses from one BlackBerry Account Center organization to a Host ID that is bound to another organization. If two separate BlackBerry Account Center organizations are created by mistake, contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services to assist with consolidating them into one account.

 

Is there really no other way? i mean support coasts a lot of money. does anyone know an other solution for this problem?

you might be able to call your carrier and have them escalate this to BlackBerry

Unfortunately we already tried that. Even the distributor of the license is not able to do anything.

What are the possible ways to contact blackberry support? I just found something, where you pay per incident.

pay per incedent is one way if you dont have a support contract with them
