Remote File access and mapping of User's home folder

I can access remote files via my Blackberry 9700, but only if I enter the Active Directory Administrator's username and password, the prompt doesnt accept my normal user name and password even though I have full rights to that Network folder I'm trying to access. Any ideas?

for example: //servername/home/username

Re: Remote File access and mapping of User's home folder

Thank you for the information.

My component settings are matching your instruction and I'm still getting prompted for a password, but it is only accepting the besadmin or domain admin username and password, but not the regular user name and password. Would appreciate further ideas.

Regards.

Yes, both have the domainname\username with full permissions.
