We have two users not able to receive their emails on Z&Q 10 devices while traveling abroad.
Both users have BES service & international roaming enable .
Data service is ON
Data services while roaming is ON
IT Policy on the BES 10 server is default .
Require manual synchronization when roaming - option on the email profile by default is No and we've also tried to change it to Yes but same result .
BB Provision has been done for both users with no result .
Please advise .
