I need to control that I got the right SRP 'cos since two days SRP Status is shown as disconnected.
I have actually an SRP starting with TXXXXXXXX.
Where can I find, on Balckberry's website, my SRP to be sure that I use the right one ?

if starting with a T then it is a trial SRP, how long have you been running it?
usually its only 60 days

I finaly found my right SRP on
BlackBerry Account Center, Order History, Order Number - XXXXXXX, BES10 Server Software v10.1, Software, SRP Id(s) !!!
That was the solution !-)

I am wondering how you got the temp SRP in the first place.
BES 10 comes with a non expiring SRP since its release
