[SYNC-PIMConnector] Failed to send data to Exchange connector, error is USER_NOT_STARTED.

The BES cannot conact the user mailboxes on the Exchange server. Did you reboot the Exchange server? The BES should always be rebooted after the Exchange server.

 

Is your Exchange having issues? Check permissions on the Exchange server and you may have to re-create the MAPI profile on the BES.
