Why wouldn't i let them close the case? My problem is resolved. I don't care one bit about root cause; that's Blackberry's problem.
Perhaps you should open a ticket with Blackberry if you need further help with this.

The problem not mine, but my customers.
Every time we find a problem in BDS/UDS. Just 1 step forward to learn their product.
And I guess you are a bes admin.. but i'm more than that..
