Out of 7 BB10 devices in BES 10.1.1, I have only 1 device that can browse the public apps folder in BlackBerry World for Work.
all others display an error:
There was a problem connecting to the server, please check your radio / WiFi connection. If the problem continues, contact your administrator for more information.
I found this constant error in the MDAT log:

It seems to appear for each BlackBerry 10 device PIN
I can't seem to find a KB that matches this exact fault.

are these devices on OS 10.1 or higher?

This error is very similar to a proxy error noted in other articles that I've seen.
Does your environment require a proxy to access external URL's? Do you have a proxy profile configured and attached to your BlackBerry Device Service domain?

no proxies. i havent configured one on my bes 5.0.4 either. MDS works fine on both BEs 5.0.4. and BES 10.1.1.
i can browse via the UDS and BDS to my intranet and come across our company firewall restrictions often (when trying sites the company has blocked) lol.

I have a client experienceing the same issue. Has anyone found a cause or resolution to this problem? server is 10.1.2 and deivce is a Q10. unsure of of os version.
