I have an issue with users synched on my BES Express (5.0) server. Randomly when I send emails to users from my stored contacts it sends the email to the active directory address (/ou=xxxx /o=xxxx) instead of their email address (email@example.com). If I go into my personal address book and open the user that had that didnt receive the email, I can see in place of their email address is the AD structure of their profile; if I replace it with the correct email address, problem solved. This appears to only be happening with users that our on our BES Server
Has anyone experienced this issue?

We have this issue if some one make a contact on their own after user is added into AD.
Since we dont use the GAL and import our personnel list to Outlook from Public folders, we have to add in the SMTP email address first before adding user to AD.
Other workaround is to mispell the email address in the contact and tab down and edit the email address to the correct address.
