Hello everyone,

I just build a new BES 5.0 install.  There is a 4.x server currently in production.  When I try to add a user from company directory I am entering in their email address but getting an error message that states the user is already in the available users list.  When I go to manage users there is only one users there, the BES Admin.  Any ideas on what I need to do to get the users over to this new server?

just add in first 4 characters of first name to get a list of users

is this using the same database as the old BES?

I still only get the besadmin as the only user.  I think the install created a new database

click on create user and then put 4 char in display name box and click on search

Making progress. I see the user listed but am getting an error message.

One or more errors occurred. BlackBerry enabled users were not created.

Any ideas?
