My guess is you're going through a proxy server? If so and you've entered the FQDN, try with the IP address. I had the same issue on 10.1 and think they fixed it on 10.2

Oops, the BlackBerry 10 app I used to access the forums didn't display the responses to your issue so I thought it was unanswered.
