UDS Issue after SP1

I have a weird problem

 

i upgraded to SP1 and UDS admin console works but UDS does not

 

if i navigate to https://uds.domain.com i get nothing

tracing back ... even if i go to https://localhost i get nothing - IE and firefow reports that website could not be reached

 

i can telnet to port 443 on localhost so iis is listening and i can telnet to 443 remotely and i can see it go trough firewall....

 

the only "error" i get is if i use google chrome - and i get ssl protocol error - but seems that could be misleading as chrome seems to issue that error on ssl sites once it is cached.....

ideas ?
