UDS automaticaly configure Exchange 2010 mail

Hi

I'm nubby on UDS. I have already installed UDS and configure:

- Microsoft Active Directory on settings and i get domain user

- Create Micorsoft AvtiveSync Profile generic (%UserEmailAddress% - %UserName%) adn applaied to user

On device i have installed app and i can register it. On profiles tab i see the email profiels assigned but the email client is not configured.

Where is my miss?

Re: UDS automaticaly configure Exchange 2010 mail

Android does not have an API to apply the Mail Profile. BlackBerry supports the Motorola devices, but not each Motorola device is supporting that API (in my tests it did not work for any Motorola device, but of course I do not have each single device).
It works good with the TouchDown Client, but you have to buy it (after a free trial period).
Android in Enterprises is a mess....

Re: UDS automaticaly configure Exchange 2010 mail

This is a limit of Android or a limit of USD?

Limit of Android. Maybe they are going to implement Samsungs Android API in the future, not sure.
