Every time I activate an iOS device against our BES 10 UDS installation it forces the user to change the PIN on his/her device and will not allow it to be one that has been used before. Within the UDS console under the IT policies there are no options checked. Is there a way of stopping it from doing this?

Thank you for your question about UDS IT Policies.
Are you referring to the password on the iOS when you mention PIN? If so is the IT Policy on the UDS server for "Device Password" enabled?

Thanks for replying. Yes the Device Password setting is enabled, but I don't understand why this would necessitate a change! and also I am unable to find a setting for the number of passwords it remembers.
