I have a big issue here, been on going for 2 days now! Our external Support team were doing some work on our Backup exec software which needed to reboot our Exchange 2010 server, which also hold BESX, since the restart none of our blackberry devices (21 of them) are communicating with the server! Tried restarting BES services multiple times, Restarted the server again, iv just installed BESX 5.0.4 to no avail, I can't re-associate users with a new device I tried either!

Start with the MAGT log and tehn MDAT to see what the issue is
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
