USB Activation Z10 gives at Error Code [74]

Hi All

 

When activating a BB Z10, I get a Error Code [74] using usb

To the best of my knowledge, USB activation isn't available for BlackBerry 10 devices. You need to activate them over the air.

 

You aren't trying to activate it on BES5 are you?

Wired activation is definitely available and possible with the Z10.  I'm on my second device though, and while I was doing it all day long on the first one (and a few others), this second one is not working (Error Code [74]).
