Yes it is,

 

I can Ping en resolve DNS from the BES to the adress thats given in that key.

Its a vallid GC.

maybe the GAL has not been updated in the past 24 hours.

 

Did you reboot excahnge and not reboot BES?

The exchange servers didnt reboot.

I did reboot he BES today but that doesnt solved the problem.

 

Last friday I did the MAPI profile rebuild (as in previous post) thats seems to work for 2 days.

It seems that the BESadmin user was removed for some reason from the ViewOnlyAdmin rights.

Weird how rebuilding the MAPI profile worked for a short time.
