Unable to delete uninstalled BlackBerry Device Service instance using BlackBerry Administration Service console

I installed one new BES 10.1 on an extra machine, because the BES 10.0 runs on an german windows server witch is not supported in BES 10.1.

After that i moved all devices and all users to the new BES 10.1 and uninstalled the BES 10.0 Server.

When I delete the uninstalled BES 10.0 Device Service using the Admin Console i get the message

"The request could not be completed."

In the BAS-AS Logfile i get the followin Error:

is there any possibility to delete the uninstalled BDS?

Re: Unable to delete uninstalled BlackBerry Device Service instance using BlackBerry Administration Service console

Hello Chro57,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thank you for your question regarding not being able to delete a BDS instance.

There is a way to remove it but it involves contacting BlackBerry Technical Support to get a SQL script.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
