I'm currently using blackberry enterprise server express Version: 5.0.3.41 and was wondering if it can be converted to the non express version?

Are the databases the same?

No on both.

You can install Full BES 5 and once done use transporter to move users over though.

How many users?

so essentially it's a clean install of BES5 on a new server and transporter to move users over.
