Hello,

I have a BES and 3 exchange server ( one in backup) and one for people in france.

In the BES every day i have 2000 warning !!!!! with the ID 20265

The message are :
**@**.** MAPIMailbox::GetMessageStatusUpdates - GetContentsTable (.........) failed

or

**@**.** MAPIMailbox::RescanPIMtems - GetProps failed

or

**@**.** MAPIMailbox:penMessage - OpenEntry failed

But it looks to work properly for the users ....

Except for the users in USA, they have a syncing problems with the calendar.

I solved it one time by restart the server, but 3 weeks later i have the trouble ....


Any idea ?

I used Exchange Server 2010 SP1 on a windows server 2008 R2

My BES is 5.0.3.31 ....

It s the same server on the BES....
