Z10 can´t be activated in "EMM-Regulated" (Work space only) mode

Hi Experts!

 

I´ve got an error message when activating a Z10 in EMM-Regulated (Work space only) mode.

 

"You are currently on an service plan that does not support connecting to the BlackBerry Enterprise Service. If you want to use this enterprise service please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan."

 

Activations with Balance EMM - Corporate (Blackberry Balance) are woking without any problem.

The SIM Card is provisioned with a correct data-plan for my provider. (not the old BES7 package)

 

Any suggestions?

My Carrier: I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

might be your carrier did not assign the regulated data plan to it

You are right. I depands on my serivce provider "A1 Telekom Austria". The option "workspace only" has been disabled, unknowable why they do this.

It is a BESAdmin rite of passage to go through the gauntlet of correcting the right BES data plan with your carrier.
