I have a problem here with activating Z10
We are using BES 10.1.1 with a Dominio Traveler 9. I could activate 5 devices Z10 and two Q10 without any problem.
But with two user I cannot get an Z10 running. Their device is getting activated and I can see them in the BES. But they are not receiveing any mails nor they can send some.
I checked the persondocument and all settings are similar to the working ones, but after 6 or 8 activiation attempts, the result is always the same.
What can I do or check to find the problem?

I encountered this issue, and it seems the users have a huge mailbox. I just did a maintenance on their mailbox and activate again, waited longer though before emails starts pushing in.

Ok thanks all,
I tried it and checked it and found out, that the internetpasswort was no consistent over all replicas. Therefore we run into that passwort error.
Now it is, now it works.
