can't add account after deletion on BDS

Hello

 

i have delete my account on BDS , it was created as administrator user.

 

i can't create it again, BAS didn't find it, i don't know what's happen.

 

where can i find more information ?

Hello dgoutagny,

Thank you for your question regarding not being able to add a user.

 

One thing to check would be to confirm the user is in a pending delete state. To do this please follow the below KB article.
