facebook sign out problem

Dear Sir,

 In my recently purchased BB 9220 model, while log out the facebook, a message showing  " Updating..." since 3 hours. how to completely log out ? When I click on face book icon, again the same message " Updating.." comes.

Try a battery pull and let us know the results.

I've had this on my Torch. A battery pull does log it out, but had the same problem the next timeI tried. I had to remove the app and re-install.
