iPhone activation takes up to 4 hours

[ Edited ]

Hi @all,

we´re running UDS for iphones. All policies and profiles getting transfered to the iphone. But it take up to 4 hours until the IT-Policy and Exchange Config is transfered.

Anybody the same problems?

Re: iPhone activation takes up to 4 hours

I noticed ours takes a bit of time, but I would say maybe 15 minutes or so tops.  I did notice there were device polling intervals in UDS, but I haven't messed around with the default times there.  Maybe that is something to take a look at? I haven't messed around with any of the defaults.  I do know Android devices seem to be a little quicker with grabbing updated policies/profiles though.

Hehe, that's the same thing I asked above but never got a response too :smileytongue:

Those look like the default values so that is good.  I initially tried to modify the device request interval but this has no bearing on how long a device gets a policy update (at least it didn't for me)
