I'm running BES 5.0.2 and I would like for a third party application to add some new values into the User Defined section in a new it policy.
so what I did is, create a new it policy, then I edited it and went to the User Defined section. Once there, there is nothing I can do. it's an empty box saying Rule Value Description... I thing that I'm probably in the wrong place to populate this information... so where should I go?

I finally find where I can add user defined values. For that, go to Create an It Policy rule, and then this value will be available in the User Defined section, when you click on manage IT Policy.
