just upgraded to BES 5.0

now i have a user (just one that I know of), which happens to be my manager stating that he can receive email on his handheld but is unable to send email from his account on his handheld.  he is able to send messages from his personal email on his blackberry but not corporate.  Any thoughts?

Do you know if the corporate messages bounce back with a "X" next to them? If so open up one of the messages and let us know what the Message Status is set to.
