After changing the security level of the browser, it invited me to install (add-in) BlackBerry Device communication components. After reboot, the server has requested the terminal password and then detected the code PIN. but the problem is at the management console, I can not easily develop a tab "attached device". it worked only one time after several attempts ( connecting the terminal and opening the console) and failed in the last test.
Will I have to plug the terminal and wait for some time before opening the management console?
Are there any steps to follow a bout (connecting the terminal before / after opening the console, restart services or other ...)? please tell me the right procedure.

If that doesn't work, right-click with the mouse in the left pane (near "Attached devices") and click Refresh. Then the device should appear.

thanks for the answer, but i've tried this procedure, sometimes it works and most of the time not (it became random).
I thought the active X problem is resolved ( I changed the IE security level for that it accepts installation of active X, after the browser has invited me to install the add-in (BlackBerry Device communication components) and has never displayed the pop-up to install active X thereafter. ).
If you think the active X is always the problem, please send me the exact and safe link for download.
