[troubleshooting] Device stopped syncing mail

They activated yeterday morning. This is BES10.1 Server and BES 10.1 Z10 phone.When I look them up and the Admin page, ti does not show their activation info (like what server they are on), but the phone activated and synched mail for half a day.

Any ideas?

What mail server version?

 

you can look at the EAS logs
