I cannot seem to download BES 5. I follow the link I received in the email from RIM but when I click the download link and accept all ther terms, etc I finally get to a page that tells me "An Error has Occurred..." I'm behind a proxy. Even from a direct DSL connection I get the same. From my laptop's 3G connection it seems to work but I'd rather download via DSL (cheaper). Any ideas or things I can try?

I've tried many many many times and from different locations as well in case it was the line I was using at the time but I always get this error. Always. The only time it works is if I connect with 3G. Maybe I should just use my 3G... any ideas though?
Where are you going to download it? Please provide the URLs and actions you are performing.

WEll I go here: https://www.blackberry.com/Fulfillment/reg.do?ID=..lots of numbers... and then it comes up with my details where I click next, then it asks me to agree to the disclaimer. Then it shows me a page with my serial numbers/keys where I have to click on the download link. This then takes me to a site where I get this error: An error has occurred. This application has encountered an error that prevents you from proceeding.

Were you ever able to download BES 5. I'm having the same issue. I've tried on several different computers, and even called RIM. Rim gave me access to their FTP site and i'm still having trouble with that particular file. Every other file seems to work.
any ideas though?
