2 BES servers 1 Exchange server - Quick Question

I currently have an older BES 4.1 solution along with a newer BESx installation pointing to my Exchange server. I'm planning on decommissioning the old BES 4.1 once I get all the users moved over. When I uninstall the old BES via Add/Remove, will it cause any problems to my other BESx server? Keep in mind that my old BES solution is housed on our old Exchange server that is no longer used, but that also needs to be uninstalled/removed from the domain. I don't anticipate any problems but would like some input.

Should not be an issue, stop all BES Services prior to see if it affects anything for a day before uninstalling it.

 

Dont forget to remove MSDE or SQL express and their databases too. Thats not removed from the uninstall process.

I will be shutting down this machine for good once I get the BES and Exchange services removed.
