I currently have a trial version of the BES and recently purchased the BES so now I have new license info. Can I upgrade the BES by replacing some license data in the DB or do I have to totally reinstall and reprovision my current users that I have setup?

Thanks for the response. You are right, I could just put in a new key. I found that my issue was that I was trying to enter the key during the install but you cannot do that when going from a trial key to a fullly activated key. I used the trial key again and then once the bes was up and running I went into license management and put the new key in there. Now it is the fully activated version.

Hi Andy,
can the same be said if we are running the Professional Software? I'm concerned about having to re-activate 20 phones now that I have new CAL's to replace the trial.
