My name is Marco Antonio, and I has problem on my network, well let me explaint we has a Exchange server and blackerry server, well today all user can send a receive email on they blackberry devices except one, she only that can receive but dont send.
I need know what I need to do for fix it this situation.
Was she ever able to send and receive? Before today I mean? If so, pull the battery and reboot device. If it does not work check Send As permission if it is missing.
Thanks for your reply. The user used to be able to send and recieve. All of the sudden at the start of this week she send, however today I found that for some reason the BESAdmin security settings had gone from the AD.
