I need a sql query that shows messaged sent, messages received, and availabilty percentage of blackberry service. I know where message sent is in the userstats table, not sure how or where to get messages received or blackberry availabilty. Help is greatly appreciated. I take it there is still no publically available data diagram or data dictionary for the BES database? Thanks Using BES 5

Thanks, I have no access to Blackberry server only to the Sql Server so the resource kit won't help.

I'll check out those scripts, if anyone else knows off hand how I can retrieve that data I would appreciate it.

some of the BRK components only needs access to the SQL server

Yeah that may be true but I am not sure if that software is approved by the powers that be for use on a client pc.
We have very strict software requirement.

Hoping someone may know what tables may hold this info.
