I just  took over (I was made ) the administrattion of the BES Server at Our Company. How do I know what SP level I am At ??/

1) Go to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet (Start > Run > appwiz.cpl <enter>)

2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support information.".

3) The publisher listed should be "Research In Motion" and the Version will be the exact version of BES currently installed.

4) Give me the bundle number and I can tell you more.

.... assuming you're using Exchange ... 4.1 Service Pack 4 Maintenance Release 2

 to update the server to date do i have to go one by one applying the updates ....and is there a guideline to follow.....

Download an apply SP6, MR5, Security update according to the directions.
