Can you confirm if you are assigning the Disallowed application control policy at the application level? If you want to remove a specific application you would need to create a software configuration for this application. You would then assign the disallowed application control policy specific to this application and not assign it at the application level.

Hi all,
We created a new Device Software Configuration (DesinstalDirTel), assigned the application we wanted to remove (DirectorioTele) to it, with the Disallowed policy, and then applied this configuration to the users. The application we wanted to remove was indeed removed, however, all other applications the user downloaded previously were also uninstalled.
Are we doing something wrong?
Best regards,
Juan.

Hi,
Can you please indicate me how to confirm if I am doing this at the application level or to the specific application?
The name of the app I want to uninstall is DirectorioTele (prevous image).
I thought the image from my previous post could show you this, but I am not sure.
Appreciate all your help!
Besr regards,
Juan.
