Recently we have migrated a network from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Our original installation (separate 2003 server instance) of BES 4.1 has ceased to function. We are looking for the path of least resistance to upgrade/repair this for about 7-9 devices.
Would be nice to not have to wipe users devices if possible, but if setting up a new copy of bes or bes express and just re-configuring each device is truly the easiest method we are not opposed.
I have read a lot of tutorials but wondered if anyone had any real world experience with a similar upgrade.
Thanks
Bert

You can get BES Express 5 for free and the following gives some upgrade options
also for 2003 to 2010

So direct path/easy fix from 4.1 I take it?
I had found this solution previously, but will re-read more thoroughly and post back. Thanks for the prompt reply!

if old BES is running, install BES 5 exprees and once tested move users over to it via transporter then move mailboxes to 2010 after.
