Hello,

We have 2 separate BES servers ( BES 4.1 and BES Express 5 ) and we are in the middle of a Exchagne 2003 / 2010 migration. I couldn't find any specific documents as to the correct process but do I need to move the user mailbox to the Exchange 2010 box first then use the BB Enterprise transporter to move there account to the BES Express server or do I use the BB Enterprise transporter and move the user to the BESx box first then move thier mailbox off of the Excahgen 2003 onto Exchange 2010.

always move to new BES first, then after about 30 min you can move the mail box to new exchange sever and BES will pick it up

Why? older BES wont work with the newer exchange version
