Black Berry Manager User List is not updated

Hello

 

I have BES 4.0. When I try to add a new user, I see the following error:

 

Address Book entry for the user 'anyone' has incomplete information and can not be added to the Black Berry Enterprise Server.

 

And, in the BB Manager, when I try to add a new user, I can't view in the user list all users like in my global address book in Lotus. The User List in BB Manager is not updated, but my Lotus replications are Ok.

 

Any idea?

nsf needs fixing or something like that
