Our BlackBerry Administration Service just crapped out on us the other day. It was installed on a seperate standalone server we have. I understand that theres no "uninstall" application and I need to remove all the registry keys and files/folders manually.
Our BES Server is at 5.0 and mail flow is not affected.
The guys that actually did the install arent with the company anymore so I would need to download the BES 5.0 software from Blackberry directly I beleive? Does anyone know where or how I can find the download location?
I have the credentials used for setting up the BES server in the past, what else would I need?
Is it just better to set up a new server that I have laying around and installing a fresh BAS on there and just blow away the non-working BAS? Id still need the installation software though.
The issue that caused all this was that the BAS services die after starting and reaching 200-300MB in memory.
Thanks in advance.

I have access to the site, but cant seem to find where to download the download link for Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0.2 (Bundle 36).
This whole issue seems to have started right when the BAS server crashed because it had like 3 years worth of logs on there and ran out of disk space.
Under the https://besc.webapps.blackberry.com/besc site > Server > Downloads
I can really only see:
• Service Packs, Hotfixes, and Maintenance Releases for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
• Software for BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10
• BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express
• BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit
• BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Connections
• Software for BlackBerry Mobile Voice System
I also tried looking for the software here; but theres no full BES installers there it seems.

Sorry though you had express.
Not the MR4 wont work you need the SP2 file which is an installer.
The SP2 will be needed to match you current version.
