Hi Guys

It's my first message here. I can't start the 'BlackBerry controller' service. I have checked all the dependencies, logon details and everything, it seems to be perfectly alright. But it doesn't start the controller service. 

It gives the error code: 5003 when I'm trying to start the service.

My system consists on exchange 2003, BES 4.1.6.9  

your expert suggestions are highly appreciated.

Post some data from your CTRL log file if you'd like more help.

I have gone through this article before but the problem is there is no 'SysLogPort' such service under controler in Registry.

Care to post the entire CTRL log file?  Or ... If you'd like, zip up a set of the days logs and email it to BBAndyDufresne@gmail.com. Please also make sure to include a link to this thread so I know what the message is referencing / where to respond.

I'll post back any relevant content removing anything personally identifiable / confidential.
