I have setup an account but not received my login details? I have tried to create a new account but it says my account already exists and I don't receive the password reset email either?

Yes although i am still waiting to hear back from my IT department about our companies spam filter.  I do receive several other emails from BlackBerry  including Newsletters, BPS Licences and Partner stuff.  do you know what address it will come from?
