Greetings!
As you may have heard or read on various forum posts, RIM has recently launched the BlackBerry Expert Support Center as a new feature of the BlackBerry Technical Support Service program. The BESC is an easy-to-use Web 2.0 application that allows direct access to Enterprise grade tools and resources that will help you support your BlackBerry solution more easily and independently. As a Named Caller on your subscription, you can visit the BESC to:
Invitations for our named callers to access the new portal began last week and will continue for the next few days. The BlackBerry Expert Support Center will continue to grow in features over the coming year. Most of these new features will come from you and what you see as being high value support tools and make your job easier. While inside, click on the Provide Feedback, within the Tools menu, to send us an email with your thoughts. RIM is very excited to offer this new service in assisting our customers to better support their BlackBerry solution.

I agree with you. This tool is a great idea. It could save admin's a lot of time.
I am intrigued though. If you aren't a named caller, which kinds of positions are and what would you have to do to become a named caller? moverx.

You'd need to contact whomever in your organization is a named caller. Start with the person that manages your relationship / TSupport contract with RIM.
