I myself have this problem as well as other users.
Using BES v. 4.0.7.16
Whenever I or another user makes an entry into their blackberry calendar. It will not sync to the outlook calendar ( it is set up for wireless 2 way sync ).
If we make the entry on the outlook calendar, the entry will appear in the calendar of the blackberry shortly.
We also have a user were the calendar won't sync either way.
Any idea what could be the issue? Only a few users have this problem. I have trieding wiping the devices, removing and then re-adding the user to the BES. I've tried the other options for wireless sync in hopes that it would force it. No luck.

Hi there!FYI -- as this is a BES issue, it is probably better handled in the BES forums. But, don't double-post, we will have this moved momentarily to the correct place:
http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-
That way, the right experts will have the best visibility.
Good luck!

Further, if you are the original poster (OP) and your issue is solved, please remember to (on the post that is the solution) click the "Accept as Solution" button so that others can more easily find it. Cheers! Oh...and FWIW...I am not a RIM employee...and these forums are user-to-user...not user-to-RIM.

What version CDO.DLL is installed on BES and exchange?
Use search on Exchange to find it and dont forget to look at hidden files during your search.

I am also having a problem syncing my Outlook Calendar. For no reason that I can see, all of my future dates on Outlook were deleted. They are still on my Blackberry Bold but they will not go back onto my Outlook. I even tried going in and changing the sync settings so that the Blackberry over-rides the Outlook but they still will not transfer.
If I enter a new event in Outlook now, it will add it to my Blackberry but it will not take all of the upcoming entries from my Blackberry and restore them to my Outlook. HELP!!!!

My situation is very similar. Sometimes putting in a calendar event on a BB in my enterprise will make it to Outlook, sometimes not. And the not situation is usually when the CFO misses a meeting! But I hesitate a bit to make this a big issue because most of the time synching works just fine.
But one morning earlier this week I put in four appointments for Dec using my Storm2 BB and none of them showed up in my Outlook. Later that day trying to recreate the situation for my BES admin guy, it worked just fine. Beginning to sound like an old Allen Sherman song!
