I have taken a new position at a company supporting a BES server. We have a workstation with Blackberry Manager installed on it. It's also installed on the server. The server version is 4.1.6.22 and the workstation version is 4.1.4.15. I have been tasked with updating the workstation to reflect the version on the server. I have been scouring the forums and have not been able to locate information on this. All I have found are ways to update the server (which has already been done by someone else). Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. In looking through the software downloads, I don't see an option for 4.1.6.22. The latest one I see is 4.1.6.8. Any suggestions?

Check your BES version number

1) Go to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet (Start > Run > appwiz.cpl )

2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support information.".

3) The publisher listed should be "Research In Motion" and the Version will be the exact version of BES currently installed.

Also you can learn more about the MR level with the bundle number too.

The BES version is 4.1.6 MR7 (Hotfix) (Bundle 174)

I would apply SP 7 to both and then MR3 if possible.

I have only been tasked with updating the workstation. Could you provide me with where I may download SP6 MR 7. Thank you
