Hi

 I have recently installed Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.6 for Microsoft Exchange in our server. Now from the services menu I can see that all the services like BlackBerry Attachment Service, BlackBerry Dispatcher started. But Blackberry Messaging Agent is not showing there.

My question is that is Blackberry Messaging Agent is running internally or there are some problem regarding Messaging Agent.

The BlackBerry Messaging Agent doesn't show as a service.  Messaging Agents are spawned from the BlackBerry Dispatcher service.

If you open up task manager you'll see your agent(s) there.  If you stop the BlackBerry Dispatcher service you'll see the messaging agent processes disappear.

 Thanks for the reply. I have checked it as mentioned by you. I have found the process called BlackBerryAgent.exe. I guess this is the process for Blackberry Messaging Agent. It disappears from the tasklist when Blackberry dispatcher service stops. Thank you again.
