Hi All,

My Blackberry device Contact Book is syncronised with the Microsoft Exchange via the BES server.

I want to synchronize the USER1 field in Blackberry Address Book with some field in the Exchange Address Book.

I have a few questions to ask :

1. Where is the Mapping between the corresponding fields of Outlook Address book and the Blackberry Address Book done ......is it done in BES server or the Exchange server

2. Is it possible to sync a particular User Defined field in Blackberry Address book with some Outlook field , and how can it be done ??

Please help.

I found out the way to do so in BES Server Help Manual.

The mapping is done by accessing the following link in BES Server :
BlackBerry Manager --> Global tab -->  Service Control & Customization --> Edit PIM Sync Global Field Mapping
